Bookkeeper — Nancy Anderson

OFNHP’s official bookkeeper is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and employee payroll. She also produces the annual W-2 statements, 1099 vendor statements and maintains a back-up system for office data. The bookkeeper also assists with the Annual Audit and Annual LM-2 preparation. Duties include mail distribution, assistance with phones and other clerical work as needed.

The union's full time communications professional's main focus is to ensure members receive timely and important union news and information via various vehicles including electronic, print and on the OFNHP web site. Communications is two-way, so please feel free to share your ideas with OFNHP.

Mindy's responsibilities have included assistant to the union leadership, member liaison for retirement and benefits and orientation for new-hire members.

Amy coordinates membership data, keeps track of new hires, updates member contact information and membership dues. She provides IT support for the union.
